As you know in present in this materialistic work everybody has massed up with  their life
 99% people is living their life in stress, because of daily life has very hectic, we are having many desires and day by day its increase, and everybody knows nobody can fill all own desires , their has lots of responsibility in present eras. 
               
                             That's why we are fully stressed and we cant use our brain much more, we do very less, and in other words if we say this is a disease who is spoiling our brains day by day. But their has another thing in this world everybody wants use  their maximum brains many thousands of people daily search in internet how we can use or maximum brain but all are in vain, but somewhere we cant completely deny from this a few people is taking profit through these thoughts, whatever they gain from internet. 

            Lets Take  a Complete Picture of brain   


  
In this picture we can see these are parts and  functions of brain, but because of many problem and stress life, our mind is massed up with many desires and problems,  our brain cannot properly work with these functions. that,s why we cannot use max brain.


Now Lets See How Can We Solve This Problem......

Now when we know nobody can leave their desires then how can we solve but there has some ways which will sure work. step by step following these steps... Its Too Easy

1. You Should believe in this that what u will do that will work otherwise you can Leave it.  

2. For first three days when u will start it , U need to do these things

   (a)..between 8:00 am to 8:15 am for  minutes u will keep switch off  your mobile and anything which things can distract you.

   (b) in this time sit a place and take a bucket with water, and place your feet in this water for three minutes,  between 8:00 am to 8:15 am

  (c) Same thing repeat in evening between 5:00 pm to 8 :00 pm u can take any time between this       time. 




(d ) when u will go on bed for sleep think how are u feeling better then other days.
   

             


  after three days when u will complete these steps. what to next i will tell u in my next blog, because if you will not better you don't need to know other steps....
