 How to Use your Maximum Mind. Part Second

I hope u read first part of this blog as you know i told you when u will do first exercise will complete, then you can now proceed next step....

After three days follow next step for five days


1. step :- will be same as i mention my old blog.

2. Step 

(a)   A new step u will add in this... Between 08:00 am to 08:30 am u will Liston  peaceful music with out words music. and your feet must be in water your eyes should be close. this exercise u will only for five minute for next five days, only five minute not more then this. after five days u can increase it next 3 minutes.

(b) Repeat it at evening anytime u can take between 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

After successfully this step u can do next step if u feel u r feeling better then before then u can go in next step

3 step. 


After five days u will increase your time for same exercise for next week for  8 minute same times at morning and same time for evening. 

after 15 days u should take your test how is you better then before if you will pass this test it means now you can do next Step otherwise again u need same step. for next 15 days...



for test we giving here some question ask yourself whats your ans yes or no.....

1. Now your day spend more happy then old days before you started this exercise.... Y/N ???

2. Do you think this Exercise is Working .....Y/N ????

3. Your memory is working better then before  Y/N????
